Best hotel for family

The service was very pleasant and I think I will come back here again.

The staff are very friendly and helpful, for example..when I had checked out and was about to leave..suddenly the staff in the parking lot told me that my car tire was completely flat.., they tried to contact a tire repair shop that could be called, but it was closed..then the staff..looked for me a manual pump and a jack..helped me to pump up the tire and fill it with air..for the time being until I found a tire repair shop..thank you to the staff in the parking lot..🙏🙏🙏👍👍👍

The hotel staff is very friendly, the rooms are clean, tidy, and fragrant. The kids love swimming in the pool. There is a small playground near the pool. The hotel is close to tourist attractions. You can walk to the fort and the clock tower. The breakfast menu is varied and delicious... God willing, next time we will stay at this hotel again. Hopefully, the room will have a smart TV.

The hotel smells great, is clean, the rooms are neatly arranged, and the view is also very beautiful. The staff is very helpful and communicative. The kids can play in the pool to their heart's content, and there is a small playground around the pool. The restaurant food is delicious, and there are many breakfast options. It was a very pleasant stay at the Grand Rocky Hotel Bukittinggi. I will stay again next time.

Lokasinya sangat bagus. Di pusat kota tp msh dpt view gunung² & ngarai dr kmr hotel. Kemana² tinggal jalan kaki, cocok utk yg suka pelisiran dng berjalan kaki. Deket bgt dng jam gadang, pasar, spot² kuliner, goa jepang & istana bung hatta. Kamar spacious & fasilitas baik, walaupun udh outdated. Yg mau jogging subuh² bisa dpt 10KM dng muterin pusat kota 3X (hotel-jam gadang-pasar turun ke bawah-pical ayang-goa jepang-jam gadang). Mantap. Di hari terakhir krn hours melanjutkan perjalanan, breakfast disiapkan utk di take-away

Hotel Grand Rocky is comfortable and impressive

can walk to the big clock, ateh market, janjang 40, Bung Hatta's palace, Bung Hatta's birthplace, Kapuyuak outlet. Delicious food.
