Excelente

The rooms are clean and quiet. Good breakfast. Several restaurants in hotel plaza. Only problem is barely warm water not hot water for taking a shower. I think this problem is worse on the higher floors.

There were bugs on the beds; towels were worn out; room and bathroom were clean, but not squeaky clean as one expect; the air conditioning had an unpleasant smell; and breakfast was mediocre (eggs too salty, juice too diluted), fruit was good though.

Good location and staff service, but poorly mantained (air conditioning noisy because lack of maintenance, was changed and in the new room it was leaking), sheets worn out stained, dirty furniture.
