Everything is good, pleasure, and happiness staying in the hotel.

Its okay for short trip. Not as good as other HSM branch. But still acceptablr. Just the location not friendly and a bit stressful location. The food okay just lack of variety and very late to topup.

bathroom air slow Please fix

Bilik berhabuk, lift bergoyang, bantal tak empuk, no shower gel, old design hotel, wifi not working. The good part: the staff is very friendly and respond faster to our request, bathroom is clean, air conditioner function well,

Easy parking, fast check in and check out, clean room. Worth money.

Bilik baik, persekitaran pun ok, dikelilingi kedai-kedai yang banyak, cuma berjalan kaki sahaja. Makanan mudah untuk diperoleh, sangat memuaskan!

The room is not properly maintained. There is a bottle of wine in the cupboard. The water heater does not work.

Spacious room, value of the money. Comfortable, suitable for family staycation. Surrounded with shop lots for groceries, clothes and other. Walking distance to 7e, bus station, kfc. Have their own restaurant. You also can order from food panda.

Rooms are comfortable and spacious .. check in arrangements are also smooth covered parking area is available. breakfast is ok, according to the price.

Hotel ok & perfect for family. Breakfast is ok. Just hygiene alone is a little unsatisfactory.

Rooms are clean. Price is reasonable. Just a little issue when rooms was not ready at 4pm.Well done to the hotel management that can fix the issue within 15 minutes only.

The hotel price is not comparable to the quality of the occupied room, the price is too expensive.
