The reception staff provided very poor service. They were not cheerful. The staff on 17/10 checked in at 11 pm. The staff did not seem to want to welcome me, even though the hotel cost 220,000 won. The bathroom door was closed and almost impossible to open. I felt very bad and unimpressed.

In front of the hotel, there's a bus stand. It's easier to get in and out of hotel with buses. Just across the street, there are buses that takes you to airport. Very convenient. Rooms are clean, price affordable. Hotel lobby is very unique and it has a very calm atmosphere.

Hotel staffs should learn or study more how to speak or using English in the polite way and also body language is really important in hospitality.
