The room we were staying were wonderful. I love all the facilities in the room. The staff at the restaurant during the breakfast were attentive.
The only complaint I would like make was the checking-in. The staff at the reception could have handled the problem with more care. I made a reservation for 2 rooms. However, when I checked in, they only have one room for me (not that another room wasn't ready, but they thought I only reserve for one room). There wasn't any explanation of what was happening. I was kept waiting at the counter after one of the staff disappeared for a long while. When another receptionist came out to sort things out, my company was quite annoyed by the long delayed. Rough check-in. The receptionists certainly need more training on how to handle their customers when they were not paying enough attention to the reservation.
