Amazing stay.

Located in the heart of Lisbon tourist area with authentic feel and abundance of things to do around you. Spacious and well furnished comfortable suite. No elevator though. If have disability neither the hotel nor the area its located are convenient

The property was perfectly located to explore the surrounding area of Lisbon and the staff were extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Our room was spacious, spotlessly clean and bright.

Excellent! Would certainly stay here again. Only a short walk into the city centre, and there are some small grocery shops nearby. Staff were super friendly, and the apartment was cleaned every day.

The hotel is comfortable, nice and well located. We would only ask for improvements in the restroom: add counterspace to place things, add an extractor, add an anti slip mat or something on the bathtub since it may be dangerous. Most tourists shower, don't bath.

The staff at the property at the reception and other were very helpful during our day and kept checking whether we needed our rooms cleaned or needed anything in the room. They were always open to help and suggest what we should be doing. The property itself was decent with a double bunkbed but the only concern we had was that there was no oven in the property or a kettle or a working toaster which made it very difficult for us to bring stuff that could be cooked in the flat. Also there was only a pan as the option to cook. It would be useful to have an oven in these properties so that you could bake or cook something else when needed. The property itself is at a elevation so it requires a lot of walking back-and-forth to stations going down is fine but walking back up is quite an issue because you can’t even get a Bolt or an Uber as the streets are very narrow and they struggle due to cars parked on the side of the roads making very difficult for them to navigate through the roads the area itself is quite niche and a good area but remember with Children and adults it requires a lot of walking and very good and healthy lungs

We stayed in a one bedroom suite with capacity for four (one full bed plus two bunk beds in the living room). Overall, I would enthusiastically recommend the property for the following reasons: -The suite was spacious for our family of four to relax during down time. The living area was comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. -The location was both central in the Bairro Alto neighborhood yet also on a quiet street seemingly a world away from the lively bar scene just a couple of blocks away. There is plenty of dining, bars, Fado, mini-grocery, etc. nearby. -The staff was friendly and accommodating. We had no problems checking in during normal hours (I believe 8 am to midnight. Older reviews expressing difficulty checking in might be from covid-era restrictions). They even let us store luggage after check out time until we were able to check into our accommodation at the airport. -The property is reasonable to reach via public transportation. With luggage, the walk from the Metro station is strenuous but doable. -The price was very reasonable for family accommodations in a central, walkable area. Some things to be aware of: -We appreciated the patio outside our room, but rarely spend time outside because it is somewhat of an aerial shared space with the rooms on floors above ours. -Now that I am more familiar with Lisbon, I might have tried looking in a different neighborhood that was more central to Baixa- the nightlife was not a priority for us. Thank you!

The host allowed us to drop ourbags off earlier than checkin. She provided us instructions on access and the neighborhood. There was no laundry access. There were some issues getting hot water consistently.

Excellent customer service, clean, very professional and people oriented

It's a lovely place close to city center, we walked everywhere, with a cozy lobby. The reception staff are incredibly helpful and friendly. There was cafe and restarurants in walking distance, we loved the propert and the city.

Streets around property are steep and difficult to walk

The stairs to the room did not have railings to hold on. It was very dangerous for elderly guests. The sofa bed was peeling and looked awful. Expedia does not provide a thorough description of the property. We repeatedly asked for 3 separate beds and we’re not provided.
