The location of this hotel was excellent. The staff went above and beyond and was very pleasant. The breakfast options were fantastic. Kids area and activities were enjoyed by our 7 year old. Would definitely stay again!

Front desk staff and concierge are very nice and helpful. Housekeeping is excellent, kind and the rooms and bedding are clean :) The restaurant on location is why u removed a star. The food made me ill. There are a couple of great places around the corner.

This is one of the best places I’ve stayed in the world. The staff do everything to provide a warm welcome. The facilities are stunning and the food and ambiance amazing! It’s a quick walk to everything and nestled in a beautiful and serene place. The breakfast is absolutely delicious and the spa and fitness space remarkable! If there were more stars to give, I would! Thanks for another amazing experience!

Everything about the Aries was fantastic. From the time we checked in, and checked out. Very personal and professional check in not like any other. The exemplary service was prompt every time and with a greating a smile. Most everything is in close proximity to the Aries. There is so much to say about this amazing place. We will return for sure. My second stay at ARIES Hotel & SPA Zakopane – and by far the best! The hotel is elegant and cosy, with a wonderful atmosphere. Service was excellent from start to finish – warm, professional, and attentive. Halka Restaurant impressed again with outstanding food. Can’t wait to be back!

Excellent hotel conveniently located, very close to the beautiful Krupowki street. Excellent staff (reception and dining/breakfast area ), very friendly and helpful. Fantastic breakfast.

One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at. I could not recommend this place enough. The location is fantastic, just a few minutes walking distance to Krupówki (street with various stores and restaurants). The hotel overall was very clean, very new. We only stayed for one night and regret not staying longer. Staff was wonderful, food at Halva restaurant was fantastic, breakfast buffet had everything you could possibly want. We cannot wait to come back next time.

Amazing hotel! The staff were all lovely and the spa was excellent. The walls are a bit thin and there was a lot of noise from other rooms and the corridors.

Beautiful hotel in the heart of Zakopane, just a few steps away from Krupowki (the main strip). The staff were all amazing - special thanks to Pani Agata working in the breakfast area and all guys at the reception for their lovely smiles and great local recommendations. The SPA area was great - 2 outdoor jacuzzis, multiple different sauna types, a small pool. We were lucky enough to have it all to ourselves as it was low season. However, I can imagine it getting very busy in high season. The breakfast buffet exceeded all expectations - variety of options and great quality. We did struggle with lots of noise the first night coming from a large group all the way until midnight - however, this can happen anywhere. Internet connect wasn’t great either - cutting in and out but personally we didn’t need to use internet much so not a hinderance. We would definitely consider coming back! Thank you :)

Fantastic stay as always

We had a fantastic stay at the Aries hotel! Staff, service, rooms, cleanliness, spa… Absolutely amazing from beginning (thanks to Bartolomeo) to the end. Would strongly recommend and will definitely return.

This is definitely my go to place when I visit Zakopane. You won’t get a better morning breakfast spread than this place. The facilities are gorgeous and walking distance to the Main Street and other area attractions. A perfect respite.

Excellent stay. Great spa and pool. Excellent location. 2-story chalet room was great for our group. Treats and wine was a bonus as part of the booking. Would definitely come back!
