We stayed at this hotel the night before our flight back home to the US. We had been in Italy for about 12 days on a walking (and eating) tour. It was so lovely to soak in the heated pools and hot tubs. My one regret is that we didnt get there earlier to enjoy the property. But we did our best to check out everything - and there is a lot! Incidentally, we were there on May 1st - which is Italy's Labor Day. A lot of Italians were there on holiday. It was so cool to experience the "Roman Baths" in a non-touristy way. I highly recommend this spot! They have shuttles back and forth to the airport for 8 euros. And the breakfast the next morning - hands down, one of the best on our tour! Complimentary prosecco! Shout out to Charlotta who checked us in upon arrival. She helped us figure out how to maximize our short stay. Note to housekeeping: the batteries need to be replaced in the safe in Room 40.

It was great. The compound was beautiful and the spa was amazing. When we checked into the suite however there was a line of ants near the wall with the television. We didn’t say anything because we left at 4AM the next day and we let them know on the way out. Not what you would expect from a 5 star hotel. I told the gentleman that checked me in that we would be leaving at 4AM and he said he reserved a taxi for us and it would be waiting for us at 3:50AM. No taxi was waiting for us and the morning staff had to book another one. The taxi drove us 5 minutes to FCO and asked for 25 euros and when we said we didn’t have cash he inputted 35 euros in the card machine. I am only sharing the taxi experience because I believe he is affiliated with the hotel. The car (silver benz e class) was not branded and it did not have a meter.

The hotel is in a beautiful setting, very peaceful. The room was a good size, we got upgraded but unfortunately because we arrived at 9pm we didn't really make use of the extra features. In Rome aid conditioning can't be used until May and we stayed late April so the room was very warm and the hotel had no fans left to offer us, if the hotel could invest in more fans then guests wouldn't be left sleeping in warm rooms.

Unfortunately my experience with this property was quite negative. Due to an emergency medical event on our vacation, we had to cancel our one night stay. Despite the severe circumstances, the staff have not seen fit to allow for a refund or even a subdued penalty fee. I would not support a business that conducts itself in this way, in the wake of medical emergencies.

This hotel is FABULOUS!!! From the moment you drive in you realize you are someplace truly special! The grounds are so grren, well groomed and lush! The staff greet you like YOU are special!! The rooms are giorgeous!! Beautiful marble bathroom! The dining experience was the best! We cant wait to return to this very special place!!!!

We picked this spot as it looked nice and was near the airport wrapping up a long trip in Italy. When I tell you that this was THE most beautiful spa I’ve ever been to- I mean it. I’m from the Napa Valley- land of wine and spas and nothing back home even comes close to touching this. Hot tubs, pools and more for days, inside and outside options. The grounds are immaculate, and the rooms are cute and roomy. There also was a free happy hour with snacks and drinks that was well received by guests. If you have the time, or a flight, highly recommend spending some time here to decompress.

Beautiful and comfortable day for us. The guy in the front desk let us in our room even if wasn’t checking in time yet for us. That was a big deal for us because we flew in from California USA and we so tired and we would have to wait for at least 5 hours for our room. That was nice of him to let us in. Everything was so nice including our lunch and dinner there at their restaurant. The food was delicious. Their customer service was amazing including talking to this young lady at the spa and wellness receptionist that was so helpful and friendly. We would stay here again if we go to Rome again.

All wearing white robes and eating salad for 30 something’s age group. Not a hotel for one night because it is close to the airport Very pretentious.

Very nice and close to the airport, however very limited dining. No food available at certain times and small room service menu.

I love this place, I always stay here when traveling through Rome.

It was alright. We had to wait long time to check in. They also didn't offer us free breakfast even though it was included in our Expedia booking.

Wow! As an American, I’ve never experienced anything like this spa. It was wonderful! Perfect for the end of our Italian vacation!

this place is stunning…we used it as our ‘airport hotel’, but it was soooooo not that. old world charm. we did not use the spa, only the hotel.

Proximity to airport and the property is gorgeous. It’s like a Tuscan estate amidst an international airport.

Loved this hotel as it’s close to the airport without the chaos. This is my second time here and look forward to the next one.

Excellent place to stay near the airport

Great hotel with excellent service and spectacular grounds.

Our room was very nice, staff were very helpful and the pools were amazing. We had breakfast before leaving for the airport which is only a few minutes away. The breakfast was very good with a wide selection of bread, cheese, meats, pastries, etc. Will definitely be going back.
