I been stay here many times but this time really disappointed me especially while I bring my mom and kid to duty travel this time. I book for one big bed but they give me 2 single bed it’s ok I think might be I check in late no more room than. And those receptionist all unprofessional no smile no greet at all. After late dinner I back room and notice that the bathroom ceiling is leaking as you can see from the picture and I try to call operator to complain though that they will change room for me but the maintenance told me is the Air-Conditioning block he try to fix it should be ok d. Than I have nathing to say caus he really fix it and apologize and ask the room service clean it until 11pm plus. Whose know second night after duty I back hotel same things happen again. This time I call front desk and request for change room they just say ok not even apologize really terrible service. The breakfast was not good too.

The room so small, and soo dark. Paid Rm 290, but the breakfast only for one person. The services and facilities not suitable with the price. I will not repeat to stay in this hotel.

When I enter the room, the room itself was spacious and neat. As I was staying at the 11th floor, the view was very nice. The hotel personnel was friendly and helpful as well. Overall I enjoy my stay at the hotel.
