No response from them.
Beware When Staying at This Hotel – My Experience Was Unfortunate, and Management Remained Unresponsive:

To En Annuar and Management of Crystal Crown Hotel, Petaling Jaya,
I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding damage to my vehicle while parked at Crystal Crown Hotel, Petaling Jaya, during my father’s recent stays (Mr. Wong Seng Chong: August 23–24, 2025, and August 26–27, 2025).
My car was parked at Basement 1 from August 23–26, 2025. On August 24 at around 6:15am, I parked my car before accompanying my father for check-out. I informed your front office staff that my car would remain in the basement, and he recorded my car number plate on paper.
On August 26, when my father checked in again at 3:15pm, I went to retrieve my car and was shocked to discover a black garbage bag placed on my bonnet, liquid leakage from the ceiling, and clear paint damage.
I initially spoke to Mr. Chan from Maintenance, who was dismissive and unhelpful. When I escalated the matter, I was referred to En. Annuar, who admitted that he placed the garbage bag on my car after noticing the leak on August 25. However, despite my car plate being recorded by your staff, no effort was made to contact me. The attempt by your team to “wipe off” the paint damage was ineffective and only highlighted the lack of proper handling.
This negligence is unacceptable. My family has stayed at Crystal Crown Hotel, Petaling Jaya, for over 10 years, and I am deeply disappointed by the lack of responsibility and service shown.
