Beautiful hotel

The hotel is a bit dated but the value is great

First solo trip was a success thanks to sortis hotel 💕

The Hotel was great. Liked the spa, they had affordable packages that included use of sunna, steam room, and hot tube. There was more dinning options than I've seen at other hotels- it had a mini resort feel. The hotel concierge and housekeeping were the true stars. The concierge helped use plan excursions and even made sure our dinner reservations was confirmed when we couldn't get in contact with the restaurant. Concierge also left a sweet honeymoon gift in our room. Housekeeping prepared a beautiful display in the room to wish us a happy honeymoon. There was no tube, but shower made up for it.

Needs better cleaning crews

Loved my stay. The only issues was the lack of really hot water. The restaurants were outstanding and the service was impeccable. Would recommend it for a wonderful stay.

Rooms had not USB or USB-C ports available

Specifically the young lady at casino cage cashier was awful. Never in my life have I experienced such an attitude and disrespect. Very disappointed to have one ruin the overall experience and we started for a week. Everyone else was very pleasant and accommodating.

Great hotel

Great hotel !

I stayed at this hotel during a one-week solo trip to Panama and overall had a great experience. The staff were friendly and I was immediately greeted at the door upon arrival. The bellman was very attentive and eager to assist with my bags. Check-in was smooth and the room was exactly what I wanted (1 BR Suite with a city view). There were minor inconveniences I noticed but nothing that was make or break. My mini fridge was not working, and when I notified the front desk, it was replaced promptly. I also did not have a room service menu in my room and was told that one would be brought to me however, it never came. Also, an outlet in the bedroom was not working, but this did not significantly impact my stay. The hotel restaurant was nice and convenient for any time of day. The waitstaff were kind and patient with me when trying to order in Spanish (they were also bilingual). Usually, I was greeted upon entry, except for one day where it took 10 minutes for someone to acknowledge me. The restaurant was not busy then, so I'm not sure how that occurred. Overall, these were just minor inconveniences and I would love to stay at the Sortis again if given the opportunity.

Perfect location. Front desk was very helpful and was always able to offer an English-speaking person to assist. I would definitely stay here again. The room was amazing. We had a one bedroom suite and it was huge. The Concierge was so helpful.
