Clean and comfortable

The staff were very nice and helpful, the room was clean and well maintained the location is very nice as it places you one bus ride away from the beach, the tourist attractions, and the airport. The room view was toward the inside of the building, which wasn't great, but you're not there to stay in the room, are you?

Regrettably, the room's ventilation was not ideal, as the only window faced the air conditioning units, leading to a warm, humid environment and considerable noise from the units. Furthermore, the bathroom lacked ventilation. Although the experience was passable, I would not opt to stay there again.

Great staff, location and hotel in very good order. I will be back to this hotel.thank you. Its even that good we booked an extra nights stay.....thanks team...

Great time

This is the second time in seven years that l have stayed at this property. I was given the exact same room which has had no renovations at all in all these years. The room is very dated and needs some work. It would be really nice to have a coffee maker in the room. I would pay extra for that if necessary. The location is ideal for my needs. I will not be choosing this hotel again if l return to Valencia. There are other options, perhaps more costly, that would suit my needs better.

Roomy, modern & clean

Rooms were lovely , spacious and clean. No mini bar . Breakfast wasn’t very good with cooked breakfast cold each morning . Reception friendly but not very helpful regarding Valencia itself.

The staff was great but the hotel smelled so bad I could barely use the bathroom. It was a sewer smell that they are aware of but you can’t even stomach the smell it’s so bad! I would not stay again!

I recently stayed at Sweet Hotel Renasa, & I must say it was not a good experience at all, especially considering the amount of money paid. There are definitely better hotels available that would provide at least a decent level of service for a similar price. The room was incredibly small. It felt cramped and suffocating, almost like being in a prison cell. The lack of space made it difficult to move around comfortably and enjoy my stay. Furthermore, the condition of the toilets was highly disappointing. There was water on the floor, and I even found hair on the toilet commode seat. The glass in the toilet was wet, which gave off an unclean and unsanitary impression. The placement of the bed right next to the door was another issue. It resulted in a constant disturbance from the noise in the corridor. The staff members were talking loudly early in the morning, making it impossible to get a peaceful night's sleep. I had to resort to using a white noise app on my phone just to drown out the noise and try to rest. Adding to the discomfort, the radiator in the room made loud thud sounds, which further disrupted my sleep and added to the overall lack of tranquility. No iron facility. Based on my experience. The issues with the room size, cleanliness, noise, and maintenance were significant enough to overshadow any positive aspects of the hotel. I am genuinely surprised that this hotel has received an 8* review, as my experience did not align with such high praise

The hotel was in a great location a short walk from the metro. Easy to walk into the heart of Valencia from the hotel. Beautiful area close to the park also.

Stayed for 3 nights early August. Room is spacious, clean and comfortable. My only grip with the hotel is the breakfast. Limited choice, the ‘hot food’ ie scrambled eggs, bacon etc are brought out at 08:00 not kept warm through to 10:00. Essentially by 8:15 everything is cold. Limited selection of fruits and what is there can be of poor quality. Free parking in the streets nearby, but you may have to drive around the block a few times to find a space

Very nice Customer service , excellent location

This hotel is excellently placed to reach the city centre and the airport via the Metro. The staff were very helpful and amenable. It has a coffee, snack or meals dining area open all day. There are also many good restaurants and snack bars near and easy to walk to. Breakfast has a wide selection and is worth the money. Highly recommend this clean and welcoming hotel.

Stayed for one night prior to early transatlantic flight. Staff was very nice and allowed to check couple of hours earlier vs usual, as was leaving 4 am next day. Facility is very clean. Staff is welcoming. Area is next to University campus, walkable and nice. Relatively close to Terranos / Old town gates Towers and Turia river dry bed gardens. Nice one day stay. Recc with no reservations….

Overall very good. But, I would really appreciate luggage racks for the room so the suitcases don’t have to be on the floor.

Nice Hotel, comfortable room and nice dinner. Good position
