When I stayed overnight, the refrigerator wasn't cold. I complained and a cold refrigerator was sent shortly after. Good service. I brought a baby and was offered a baby bath. Thank you.

The staff and security were kind and friendly. The rooms were nice, clean, and comfortable. The AC was cold enough. The breakfast was also good. The hotel's location is in the city center, close to everything. The only downside is that there's no drain near the toilet, so the flushed water goes nowhere, creating a flood-like situation. I had to use a towel to keep the water from going everywhere, making the bathroom look dirty. Everything else was fine, except the bathroom needs a drain.

I forgot my phone charger when I checked out. I only realized it after I arrived in Jakarta. Thankfully, it turned out I left it in my hotel room. It was delivered to my house free of charge and quickly.

The hotel is nice, the staff is friendly & very helpful, the refrigerator in the room was broken and replaced immediately, the room is clean & comfortable, there is also a safety box, the check in & check out process is also easy, no long wait, there is also a bicycle rental at the hotel, for hotel parking is on the B2 floor, for breakfast there are many types of eastern & western, there are also delicious flavors & breakfast is next to the swimming pool, the hotel is strategically located near restaurants, mini markets, gas stations, stations, Mangkunegaran Palace, Triwindu antique market. ☺️👍
