beautiful hotel.

Amazing in every way!!

I thoroughly enjoyed my time at the hotel. The staff was outstanding, and every member spoke English fluently. Its location was absolutely perfect—conveniently close to the subway, making airport transfers and accessing local sightseeing a breeze. Additionally, there were excellent restaurants just around the corner. The nearby drugstore was a lifesaver when I fell ill during my trip, and the staff provided exceptional assistance. I strongly recommend this hotel to anyone planning to visit Paris. BLUF: Clean, Safe, and Perfect Location.

My stay was absolutely wonderful. As a solo female traveler making her very first voyage outside of North America, on what could be described as a “spiritual journey” I couldn’t be more pleased with my choice in properties. Beginning two weeks prior to arrival the concierge staff was the epitome of hospitable, welcoming and helpful in ways I could never have expected. They were so very gracious in assisting me with restaurant recommendations and reservations, transportation needs and most importantly instilling in me the expectation of a truly warm welcome. After starting my trip with a stay at a different property in the 1st arrondissement I was picked up by a Le Cinq Codet vehicle with a driver that went above expectations and provided a charming, highly knowledgeable and very welcome history lesson on my previous stays property and all the sights along our route as I was transferred to their location in the 7th arrondissement. They accommodated an early check-in and had my room ready with a lovely acknowledgement that the day of my arrival was also my birthday. There was competent and courteous staff available at all hours. The properties location was stunning as were all the facilities. Upon falling ill on my last day they went above and beyond to send someone out to procure a thermometer for me, offered to arrange medical assessment and checked in on me regularly. Time and again they went above d beyond.

We had the Eiffel Suite for 3 nights and it was great. Service was excellent and the hotel is in a quiet place near a lot of stuff. The terrace off the room was the best part as we had a few really nice days!

Top Tier Luxury Experience! I hope to stay here every time in Paris.

Generally the location of the hotel is very nice. there are lots of constructions around the hotel. It was noisy environment. The service at the restaurants was very good during midweek. But it was insufficient at the weekend.

Beautiful outdoor area to work and chill - not too busy and clean spa!

Not enough staff, waiting 20” at the front desk after staying 3 days to renew my card. Cigarette smelling room I am a client of the chateau Fonds colombes, and came for that. I will not renew experience.

Le Cinq Was A Nice Hotel. Had A Few Issues Though. The Food At The Restaurant Was Not Good,Ordered Some Salmon To Only Find Out It Was Raw Salmon. Tried to send it back and they wouldn’t refund it. Manager told me to “know what I’m ordering before I order it”. Others where checked up on and food was served to them before us and we was there first. I believe it was cause we were Americans. 2nd the room was nice I paid for a Valentine’s Day decoration for the room in my opinion it was nice but not worth the price they asked for to do it it was kinda half way done. The TV had the wrong name on it it was a different couple that kinda killed the mood. The bathroom shower drains really slow if you take long showers it will spill out to the middle of the floor. Overall the Le Cinq was just okay. They need to tidy up on a few things to be considered 4-5 star hotel
