Hotel is clean, nicely maintained. Front desk staff is not too friendly.

A very busy impersonal hotel which could be so much better. A let down compared to other Fosshotels. Room was clean and with all amenities, but bed very uncomfortable. Mattress moved on its base and then mattress topper moved on the mattress!!!! Breakfast is like a canteen, not a pleasant experience. Parking garage is advertised but is not controlled by the hotel and with no hotel discount. Very expensive, to park, so use the side roads to park if you have a hire car.

Amazing! The staff was lovely and made our honeymoon extra special.

Hotel staff were very friendly and welcoming! I had several questions about the area and they were very knowledgeable and helpful.

Exactly what we needed after a long flight! Perfect place to center yourself for a visit to Reykjavik

Excellent breakfast buffet. Close enough for walking to downtown Reykjavik. Excellent staff. No laundry service on weekends.

The comfort of the bedrooms and the restaurant were great. We didn't use the beer garden which seems to be great too.

For a big hotel in Iceland, they should have better options for blackout curtains. I asked if the curtains could be replaced or even doubled as there was another track and was told it couldn’t be. The room was too bright making it difficult to get rest if you’re a person who is affected by the brightness. The phone all took 4 days to get fixed for a 5 day trip.

Great location and one of the tallest buildings in the city so great views from higher floors, great customer service from front desk

Blackout curtain was way too light, so the room was still quite bright at 11pm. Bed was soft and not supportive. Breakfast was poor - really not up to standard for the price paid.

A bit of a walk from the city center but not too bad. A few good dining options within 5 min walking distance. Gym is a bit too small, there are actually quite a lot of people using it in the morning. Breakfast options vary, some days they have more options than others.
