Great stay

Good place to rest

Our room was rather dated and while it was somewhat clean, it really needs a deep cleaning as well as updating. There were not enough outlets - just one in a convenient location by the bed. The pool area was nice and the staff were polite but spoke limited English. The location is fairly central to various spots. I booked my room with breakfast but Expedia did not include this on any of my receipts so we missed out.

Great staff, decent property and great location. Sewer stench prevalent and noise disturbance by staff and guests high.

Its quite and you can relax even during the afternoon. Very good to get away from the movement and noise from Downtown.

All of the staff were incredibly nice. Hotel is in a really safe area; not as grand as the exclusive downtown, but you can save money for more dinners out! Would stay there again!

The price of the rooms not worth as the conditions of property is poor. Regret not pay attention to reviews.

Wonderful place with easy taxi access to airport. The only reason we did mot rate facility as excellent is that the room had a slight moldy smell. Would definitely stay there again!

This is more like a 2 star hotel, not a 4 star hotel. We had a basic room which was really basic. It even smells at first night. The hotel does not have coffee or hot water available in the common area. The check-in staffs were not friendly. However, the price does match the room condition, so I do not complain. The good point is that the breakfast is of good value. The hotel is a few minutes of walking from ADO centro bus terminal, but is more than10 walking from the real center. They have a swimming pool and some chairs around which may make their rating a little higher. Next time, I would book a better room if I would return to Marida and choose this hotel.

The property is centrally located. Walkable to all of the things we wanted to see and do in Merida. Super clean. Helpful friendly staff

This hotel was a last minute life saver, from an BnB gone wrong scenario! We chose the “King Suite”. It was just what we needed! It has its own kitchen set up, utensils, cookware, etc. It has a comfy, couch in living room area. A/C is powerful for hot days, yet plenty of hot water, for a relaxed shower! Decent breakfast for a very affordable rate! Parking included upon request, and nice pool! Cleaned daily by staff. Front desk staff will provide you with whatever you need. Taxi service, tour planning, maps, and local recommendations. Would book again!

Recommended economic stay!

Me gustó la estancia, solo que tienen que enfocarse un poco más. En la Limpieza, el aire acondicionado estaba tirando agua y tener toallas en la alberca.

Not to bad for the price but have seen better. Not top notch but usable. Service was very good
