khách sạn đặt trên app không có phụ thu trẻ em, khi đến khách sạn thì đòi phụ thu đòi bảng giá phụ thu hay biên nhận phụ thu đều không có. lễ tân không tự đưa khách hành lý cho khách khi khách yêu cầu mới làm mà làm như cho có nố chung không vui vẻ, phục vụ quá tệ

- My room is not drinking, but the staff said it was good ==> Minh said no. Nhan vien: What is Khong drinking? 2 sweet cans that I went to cheat resort? However, when I went to the room to get things to forget, did I find fresh water poured in the toilet? Why ??
