Had a great stay at the Paragon Hotel in Seminyak! The room was clean and spacious, with a scenic surrounding area. Although, the area is often subject to quite a bit of traffic, considering its popularity. Would come back!

The hotel staff is friendly and very helpful.

The location was good, the room was okay, and spacious, but the wooden floor was always wet even though it was on the second floor. The breakfast wasn't very good, and they even charged for hot water.

The room was very hot. The AC didn't work at all. I've moved rooms twice with no solution. The first room smelled of cigarettes and was damp. The second was dry and the AC didn't work, and the bathroom had cockroaches. I decided to check out 3 hours after checking in. The room was very uncomfortable.

The staff very odd , unwelcome , not friendly. They need new staff that knows hospitality . The cleaner more friendly, but not the receptionist and the staff in front. I actually like the location and the room but nit the staff.

The receptionist staff not friendly, most of them . Not so welcome . We came in to check in, i saw they all on their phone till we said Hi . The next day we went to the lobby walking , not one of them say Good morning or smiled , they were busy chatting. The room was amazing, the cleaner was friendly.

I choose this hotel from my friend’s recommendation. The hotel’s location is nice. But when I arrived in my room I felt disappointed. First the electricity is not working, second, the top of the nightstand was wet. I don’t know where’s the water from. And the most disappointing was the bed is dirty. I need to called the staff twice because the electricity. Breakfast was ok. I just hope they improve the cleanliness.
