I didn't like the cleanliness, bunch of hair on the shower area, water doesn't drain and overflows.
Also, somehow i end up with two reservations the front desk knew it, i understand is my responsibility but if you knew you should do something about it, i requested as credit for the 5 nights and after laugh about it they said no !
I've been a client of that facility for long time and the former owner reacted different when I got on a similar situation, please review this issue and let me know if I can get some credit for those 5 nights
