Location superb, near with central station and shopping centre in CBD

The room is clean, the room is cleaned every day, the hotel receptionists are friendly and enthusiastic to help me, they arranged the room with 2 single beds into 1 double bed according to my wishes. Central hotel location, near the train station in the free zone area, there are many delicious restaurants around, convenient to travel to the city center.

Everything perfect but drop price please.

Location is convenient and staffs are great. We had a free upgrade to an apartment with kitchen facilities however the layout makes the room feel small. But overall is value for money.

The apartment is lovely. The location is in theart of the city. Near the tram, victoria market, so we can easyly go everywhere. The lobby simple not to big but I love it, beside lobby thereis asmall cafe so we can wait there if our room is not ready yet. The room was very clean, if you ask the view for the room you will get very nice view. I have stayed three times, with different rooms. With ktichen and 2 bedrooms. And studio with ktichen. Every rooms we loved it. And the prices are very affordable for hotel apartment inthis area with kitchen. The last things the staffs were so nice. They will help us if we need different rooms. Very recommendedfor stay in the city of melbourne.

Rooms were clean and aired as you would expect but the most pleasing aspect was the helpfulness and friendliness of the staff.

Clean, good service but nobody cleaned our room and was left very messy also noisy because of construction next to the hotel.

Nice hotel especially its strategic location, friendly service and clean and modern rooms as well. the drawbacks are that the rooms are small and the view is covered by tall buildings, besides that there are a lot of construction work which makes uncomfortable

Had most unforgettable experience during my stay. They upgraded my room to Apartment for free and I got a discount for WiFi services. The location is perfect, near to almost everything you’ve been looking for. Totally consider to stay again here when I get back to Melbourne

wifi service was provided but chargeable with AUD 10 per 1 GB.This is a basic essential service that the hotel should look into it. When we make our booking it says we can get wifi But when we are at the hotel the staffs we approach keep says no. We are disappointed with it.

My sister stayed at this hotel for one night. Easy check-in is not difficult, straight in, right room, good location really in the middle of the city.

Surprisingly I got the best view room, head to head with the amazing Melbourne Central. The facilities is quite complete. It is also located near the state library. It was an amazing experience stay in here.
