The owner is very nice, caring and happy. We checked in very late. Around midnight Still come to pick up in. No complain at all. Smile, clean, spacious room with balcony, safety deposit box. Will come back again.

I personally love the fact that our room is right next to the pool cause it feels cozy as the name suggests. The hotel is not far at all from the beach. So overall a very good stay for budget hotel.

Stay with family Impressive service

The hotel is clean and cozy, the room is larger than my expectation. Surprisingly, the hotel is really quiet event it is located next to the main road. The location is not so bad, 7-11 across the road also a fleet market (on every Mondays, Wednesdays and Saturdays), if you want to walk to the beach it will take around 15 mins to Bang Niang Beach. The owner is helpful and friendly. He knew lots of nice restaurant and where to go to enjoy staying in Khoa Lak. We didn't book a room with breakfast so I have no idea.
