It was clean. The hot tub is kind of dangerous getting in and out it gets slippery but its a clean place and i would stay here again. Quiet area. I stayed in the last floor and it has an alevator. I really liked the hotel. Staff is courteous, no problems wirh anything

Sari dingy and dirty. Hhorrible horrible you reserrve queen and you get Full bed. Nnothing to do nearby neighborhood on the shady side. Never ever again… not eveen free

They're a little bit inflexible on payments make sure they once you pay you're going to stay the full time there is no type of refund and they are quick to charge you if you miss the deadline and don't allow much in changes there will not be any refunds for the price and the price is very everyday and they go from $20 to $45 for no apparent reason any There is price adjustment for consistency and there is no one on staff that can make any decisions or adjustment adjustments make

It was simply pleasant. For the price the hotel was pretty good. Good neighborhood. The staff very nice and helpful.

Nice and safe , clean

10 Years in a row staying at VILLAS PANAMA (twice a year sometimes) I've never had an issue of any kind. It is a safe, clean and lovely place because of the management but in great part because of the staff with whom over the years I've become friends. Thank you for my morning coffee Doña!!! it really makes my morning complete. One thing about noise, if you visit remember that you are in MEXICO CITY not out in the woods, expect city noise which I actually love! I sleep with the window open to be awaken by the urban roar of that lovely "esquina" Thank's again see you next year, perhaps a bit earlier.

clean room, nice size, hot shower

I enjoyed my stay. Really enjoyed how clean and neat the location looks. It was comfortable, the only thing is that it’s kinda far from downtown, which is where all things go down, but the travel Is worth it bc after a long day of touristing, I enjoyed my rest. *only thing I disliked was the light shift employee. Her name is Alma. Other than that. I would definitely return to this hotel.

The place was clean and beds are comfy. Michelle, the front desk lady in the day time was friendly and considerate. Always super helpful and ready to resolve any issues. The night shift lady, Alma, was rude and seemed like she did not want to be botehred. Besides that, we have enjoyed our stay and would stay here again.
