Clean and tidy

The staff were nice and polite. It was a clean hotel and very quiet during the day and night (apart from the morning with construction noises outside). Overall a great place to stay and I would definitely come back when I’m in the area again.

Why stay in the west end when you can stay in canary wharf with its great transport connections, walkable areas, bars, restaurants etc. catch the water ferry from 5 mins walk away or the rail and tube connections. Hotel was new and well thought out, staff were fantastic - thoroughly recommended.

Good location, modern and affordable for London. Friendly welcome and good for an overnight stay.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms are no frills but very clean. Good location, easy to get to the O2 Arena.

I recently stayed at Point A Hotel - London, Canary Wharf and had a really good experience overall. The location is excellent — just a short walk to the DLR and close to plenty of shops, restaurants, and the river. The hotel itself is clean and modern, with a nice, minimalistic style. The room was compact but very well designed, making good use of the space. The bed was comfortable and the shower was powerful, which made for a great start to the day. I also appreciated the little touches like the mood lighting and the handy USB ports by the bed. The staff were friendly and efficient, making check-in and check-out really smooth. One small downside was that the room didn’t have tea and coffee facilities, which would have been nice, but otherwise it had everything I needed for a short stay. Would definitely recommend for anyone looking for a budget-friendly, comfortable base in London.

It’s just ok. Hot in the summer I imagine. No windows in many rooms. Weird urinal looking things on the walls, not sure who thought that was a nice design feature!

Compact and convenient and clean

It was a quite building. We did have a room with no window. Next time I would get a window room but that was my fault. Got warm and no sunlight. Loved the area. Great nightlife. Staff was very nice.
