This is my family and I've had our third staycation at The Hive. My kids loved the breakfast, the room, and the pool. In my three stays, breakfast has always been a highlight, and this time it was still delicious. The pastry section used to be very lacking, but yesterday it was much better and tastier. The Wi-Fi is now better and faster, so everything runs smoothly for work and entertainment. I hope The Hive continues to be successful and maintains its quality so our next stay can be even more enjoyable.

For the receptionist is good, fast service, (the AC is not cold even though I have called a technician to the room, and I don't understand why the technician can walk around wearing shoes when I am alone in the room without shoes, or is it normal because the floor of the room is very dirty), the TV is not android, nowadays people rarely watch TV, it should be android because most people want to staycation watching Netflix or listening to music on YT, the floor from the beginning is very dirty plus there is a technician coming in wearing his shoes, the door when entering the room, the bathroom door, the mirror are all dirty with lots of handprints, dust on the table on the shelf, all the pillows smell, it looks like they haven't been changed for days with the smell of someone's hair, the sheets are dirty and smelly, What makes me very disappointed is why the room I got was really dirty like someone had just used it and it wasn't cleaned first because there were 2 pillows that were very SMELLY.

So much fun... Booked a room with a birthday message on the glass. My son was so happy. The room was spacious and beautiful. Highly recommended for a family staycation. For those with babies, there's no need to worry, as they offer porridge for breakfast! And best of all, the restaurant is right next to the pool! So you can have breakfast while swimming, so you don't have to rush!

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The room was clean, the air conditioning was cool, the breakfast was delicious and varied. The hotel staff were very friendly, especially at the reception, and the staff in the restaurant were very helpful. I recommend a staycation here. The environment is clean, there are many facilities, and the location is strategic, close to everything.

the staff friendliness especially the front office team. they dont give me the room as per requested. then they charga penalty idr 1.000.000. the staff are very lack of information and bad attitude. will not reccomend the others to stay here

Nice, very clean, friendly, the food is delicious too, overall everything is good, highly recommended, the AC is not cold enough, and there are spa staff who are half-dead rude, there is no friendliness at all.
