The hotel setting is absolutely gorgeous. Set high ion a mountain top, the views are sensational. The room was very basic. Beds were uncomfortable . no air conditioning.

Fantastic location and unique accommodation with amazing island views. Room was spacious, comfortable and immaculately clean. All the staff were excellent, very professional and warmly welcoming. The restaurant on site is really good, with plenty of choice of top quality options. We stayed for 3 nights and ate in the restaurant every night. We loved our stay here and, providing you are comfortable with the winding approach up to the hotel, would throughly recommend it to other travellers.

Staff was super unfriendly and worst service ever! The location is pretty nice because it has breathtaking views but the rooms are horrible nothing like the pictures and cero details not even water on the second day! Shower is extra small and was not cleaned.

There are blood mark on the sheet. It's so difficult to drive to the hotel. The road is zigzag with sharp turn all the way to the top of the mountain. There is no air condition in the room so even if it's on the top of the mountain, it's a bit hot during night.

The attention to detail to this wonderful location was magnificent! We had wonderful meals!

The hotel staff and surrounds are exceptional. Sadly the restaurant staff are all incredibly rude and has put me off ever eating at the restaurant again therefore i likely wont return

For the price, this hotel is an absolute steal! it's so beautiful and offers incredible views. BE WARNED though, the hotel is located at the verrrrrrrry top of a mountain so bring snacks as there are no shops near by. But we didnt mind that at all. If you want some hustle and bustle this hotel is not for you but for those that want to get away. We drove up and down the mountain for day trips and dinner reservations. The food wasn't our cup of tea, but that is down to preference. The rooms were cold upon entry, but very clean but once you turn the radiators on it becomes quite comfy. The beds don't look like much but i PROMISE you, you're about to get the best nights sleep you've had in months. So very comfortable.

We walked up from Randa,and back down in the morning. The place has an amazing restaurant and we had a double aspect room. A great stay.

It is a very special place. I love it . I will never forget the night my husband and I there.

1000ft up in the mountains away from the hustle and bustle of urban life, a proper place to unwind and relax away from it all

Amazing location on top of mountain offering views for miles around in multiple directions. Room large but facilities not in particularly good state of repair or quality eg shower hose and door partly broken, badly fitted bed sheet, cheap toilet paper. Restaurant lacked ambience as a former sanctuary and David Bowie music hardly fitted the refectory - a missed opportunity to play something meditative and so create an appropriate feel. Evening meal good but breakfast limited in options with no hot food eg omelette available. Smells from food cooking inevitably wafted into the rooms above as did noise from the kitchen. We left in thick fog for 5km down the quite challenging drive towards Palma. Not luxurious but still worth a visit.
