This property was asking enough for a nightly rate to be significantly better than it turned out to be. We registered with 3 people in a suite. The facility did not have a pullout couch. When we asked for a rollaway, they said they may have one available but they were not sure since we “checked in so long ago.” FYI, we went to supper after we checked in and were gone for about an hour. The rollaway the brought was covered in stains. The heating system only worked in part of the suite, unless you turned on an ungodly loud fan between the rooms. The bathroom was not well cleaned, and did not have appropriate towels. Overall, we expected more from a Country Inn & Suites.

Nice place

My husband fell 4 times at the entrance due to uneven pavement in need of repair. My sister's room had a toilet that would not flush. I spoke with the desk person upon check out and voiced the above-mentioned concerns, he said, "well this is my last night so..." It was a bad experience from check in to check out. Would not recommend. We stopped at the Mayo in Rochester on the way home to get my husband checked out from all of the falls.

Front desk staff were both very helpful. Breakfast was good and person cooking and keeping food fresh was awesome! Hotel smelled pretty strong of chlorine. Beds comfortable. Elevator needs a deep cleaning - stains on walls. Rooms fine for cleanliness (few dust bunnies hanging from ceiling)

I stay in hotels most weeks and this by far was one of the worst as far as cleanliness. I would not stay here again.

The hotel is very dated, the room was nice but the mattress was awful, the pillows were as well.

Easy to find, and a quick check in with all the common Q&A provided with keys!The beds were comfy and a great VARIETY of pillow fullness and size were available! I found what I preferred without having to ask like at other hotels. The hot tub was hot and both the hot tub and pool were clean & up kept unlike other hotels too!

Our room smelled of smoke. That is such a deal killer. The windows were difficult to operate. Unfortunately, no housekeeping service was provided, despite the sign on our door.

Liked the 2 room option. Quiet and comfy.

When we got there ther was no bell. Not a person in sight. Finally a young man appeared. Didnt seem happy to have to wait on us.

My room was directly next to the pool and smelled strongly of chlorine. It even made my eyes burn! When I turned on the bathroom fan it helped. Some stains on the walls and some dustiness overall.

Was bummed the pool was closed since that was the main reason we picked to go there

The beds were super saggy, our shower curtain rod was falling off, the window was cracked with possibly tape on it? It was okay clean but there was sirt snd grim in the bathroom on the mop boards which have never been wipped. The fan in the bsthtoom didnt work. And rhe pool and hot tub were both down for the weekend. Also the road boise was reall bad.

Staff were friendly and check-in went smooth. The room was clean however, I was outdated. Bathroom door didn’t want to close properly and then stuck when trying to open it. The bed was ok but not the most comfortable
