Excellent little hotel in a great spot. The staff are so friendly and welcoming, we had an excellent stay over and would happily recommend and stay here again. Breakfast also very good and recommended.

It is quite a charming hotel..It has a very warm atmosphere The reception was excellent. The receptionist gave us information about the hotel and the city. It was a great welcome. The hotel has no laundry service. That is the only inconvenience I found but I can manage. I highly recommend this hotel. It has an excellent dining room with great menu.

Clean Hotel, polite staff, quick walking distance to many attractions/landmark/sites, and near many restaurants for a great price.

Perfectly situated for the Christmas Markets in a lovely part of Metz. Very comfortable beds, but bathroom was in need of an update. Room smelt slightly like cigarette smoke but we were able to air the room out and it was fine! Would stay again.

The rooms are small but worked for us. We did miss having a mini fridge in the room. I know there is not a lot of room but under the desk would work perfectly. The staff overall was good but we did not get a welcoming feeling. Our biggest disappointment was the lack of communication about the restaurant hours. We came down one evening to see if they could seat us and we were told it was closed to the public for a private group. We saw no signs and had stopped in earlier asking to see a menu. A little information about the closure would have been nice.

Staff welcoming, room very comfortable, parking not onsite but very nearby in an underground car park. The area was nice to explore, the market was full of lovely food stalls. Breakfast was good

Amazing stay with super helpful staff, specifically Pierre! I had to leave my bags to get them shipped and they were so accommodating and kind. Great breakfast and perfect location, walkable from the train station.

Excellent location for us, short walk to the sights, bars and restaurants. The hotel was easy to find and there's a subsidised car park close to the hotel. Room was small and basic, clean, modern, comfy bed, quiet, fine for a short stay. Friendly bilingual staff. Nice breakfast. We would stay there again.

Room was small but comfortable. Staff was helpful. Common areas felt a little cramped. Area around hotel was OK but nothing special. Metz as a whole feels a bit run down.

Friendly and helpful staff. Room was tidy with comfortable beds and pillows. Stayed while driving down to Austria and was happy to re-book for the return journey.

Great location just off motorway and walking distance to town. Room not particularly big and small shower in corner of en-suite with curtain which went hot and cold all time time.

Our room was compact, but clean and comfortable. The hotel has parking, but we didn’t find it. However, there are a number of car parks nearby. It’s a couple of minutes walk to the old town with numerous bars and restaurants. A great place to stay on a visit to Metz.
