Está espectacular

We truly enjoyed our stay here! This is not the first time we’ve stayed in Matamoros, but it is the first time we have booked this hotel. The complimentary breakfast was delicious, rooms were squeaky clean, beds were very comfortable. The bathroom was very spacious and the water pressure was excellent. There was also a very convenient parking area right next to the hotel. We were able to enjoy the pool and it was quiet and relaxing and well maintained. Staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, highly recommend this hotel for your Matamoros stay!

This hotel is likely the best one in town. It is very clean and safe, and so is the area around the hotel. It has beautiful architecture and decorations, rooms are remarkably comfortable and quiet. Ideal for working remotely, too. Restaurant on site has good basic food, and there are good restaurants in the area. Pool is great - large enough for swimming laps and beautiful, too. But the best part is how friendly the staff is! Owner is on site, too, most of the time. If I am ever in Matamoros again, will only stay here!

Yo sienpre escojo este hotel por la comodidad y el servicio,pero esta ultima vez q me quede ay pata ser exacta Marzo 1 deje olvidado mi MK smart watch y cuando llame para desirles q lo olvide y no estaba en mi maleta oh carro dijieron q nunca encontraron nada y wl ultimo lugar q marka es ay no puedo creer q no sean honestos en ese sentido.

Very clean and efficient for Mexico border hotel. The free breakfast was amazing and gated parking was secure

La atención de las chicas del front desk, así como las del restaurante, es muy buena y servicial, me ayudaron y apoyaron a cubrir mis necesidades. El horario de apertura del gimnasio es muy tarde. Está a partir de las 8 am disponible. En mi caso particular, eso fue un tema importante, ya que no pude ejercitarme antes de iniciar mis actividades. A las 6:00 am le pregunté al chico que está en el front desk en el horario nocturno, si era posible ingresar al gimnasio a esa hora. Sin embargo, con poca actitud de servicio me dijo que no. Le pregunté que a qué hora y respondió que “quizá” después de las 7, pero que no sabía. No me dijo la razón de porqué hasta esa hora (que también está fuera del horario de apertura) y tampoco me dijo por qué no fue posible a las 6. Me pareció que tenía poca actitud de servicio e intención de ayudar y resolver.
