We are very happy to be able to serve you and your family while staying at our place and we thank you for taking the time to time to make a review on Traveloka. We have read the complaint you submitted and we have investigated and followed up with the relevant team. From our team's conversation with one of your family, namely Mr. Oktafiabus Sembiring, at breakfast, we did not get the information that you conveyed in the review. And from our searches with our team, we did not find any complaints in our records regarding hot AC complaints when you and your family stayed at our place. Our breakfast hours start at 07.00 am and usually our buffet display is ready at 06.50. If there is an earlier request, of course we will prepare it in advance according to our guests' requests. In this case, because there was no request from the mother and family at 06.30, of course not all of our food items on the buffet display were ready.
