Wi-fi connection is not always stable but staff was good

The staff was very helpful and nice, however I find it odd that you don’t get a key for your room, you have to ask the staff to open the door whenever you want to come in. The WiFi never worked, and so did the tv since it was connected to the same WiFi.

Far from Zocalo & tourist areas, not a good location for tourist. Area was iffy. Employees were okay during stay. However biggest disappointment, someone went through our stuff, nothing missing but not good. Doors are on the outside, doesn't show in pictures. Would stay again only if desperate. There are better locations closer to Centro. There is a Dominos nextdoor, also a gas station, taco stands & a small store.

Reasoble price, clean and it has what is needed. The observation is that you do not receive a key for the room, the opening is controlled by the front desk. Unusual practices. Also the locking feature for the window did not work.

It's kinda bare bones: no coffee pot, no hangers, no A/C, no washcloths, no extra fluffy towels, and no clock. But it was quiet and clean. The staff heated up our food in their microwave and gave us extra towels on request. They were very friendly. The hotel probably doesnt have the extras because people would steal it. The shower was very modern and well equipped. There is a big window and we didn't need the a/c even in the summer since it gets cool at night. There's two grocery stores within walking distance and a pharmacy. Dominoes pizza and a gas station next to the hotel. Major interstate nearby. We will stay here again.

To far from the center of Puebla . The stuff attended me when i check in was so unfriendly and basicalky doudt about my reservation duly done !!

Nice small hotel close to basic shopping and markets. Staff are exceptional!

This hotel is a disgrace! No one should be subject to be placed in this hotel !! Located in awful and scary neighborhood!! Beds and pillows hard as rocks! DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL !!

For the price, this was a very comfortable stay. It is right in the middle of a loud bustling area of the city, but the grounds are secure. And the stay was surprisingly quiet given the location. We were driving and this was a comfortable affordable layover spot.

Habitación limpia y servio por parte del personal del hotel. Amabilidad. Estoy satisfecha! Gracias. Aunque es pequeño, con pocas habitaciones, es seguro, y muy tranquilo.

No regresaría

Toallas en mal estado. Pedí reservación y no me dieron la habitación como pedí, pedí solo una cama doble como describía la opción y me dieron con dos camas y las toallas perdidas

La experiencia no fue mala, la atencion es buena, el detalle es q debes pedir q te abran la puerta de la habiatacion cada q sales ya q no te la dan de un inicio.
