Second time we have stayed at the Jupiter. Rooms are spacious and the bathrooms are nice as well. Breakfast buffet is very well supplied and the staff are very courteous and efficient. A home away from home.

Property is in nice neighborhood and walkable area.

From the moment we stepped into the lobby, we liked this hotel. The staff at the desk was extremely professional and we felt went the extra mile to help us feel welcome. Mara was especially helpful for us and gave us excellent metro instructions. Then, this same desk staff recognized us each time we came back from our day. We ate dinner one night in the bar area. The portions of a hamburger and caesar salad were plentiful. The room and the hotel were very clean! The room was huge!

Lovely place to stay! We enjoyed the clean room, daily breakfast buffet, hotel bar and rooftop bar/pool. There’s a nice gym, but we walked so much during our trip we didn’t use it.

Staff were really friendly and always at hand to help! Breakfast was really good value and decent quality for a hotel buffet breakfast, check in and check out was very smooth! A little bit away from the centre but taxis are so cheap it doesn’t matter at all!

I would stay here again. Super nice staff and clean property, not to mention the location is perfect next to anything you need. Love my time in Portugal.

Stayed here for one night, the hotel is sleek and modern, rooms are nice and comfortable. The outstanding feature is the rooftop terrace and pool, beautiful on a nice warm day! Would definitely stay here again.

Lovely hotel with fantastic staff and facilities. Breakfast and dinner was great, there were varied choices.

Nice place especially if you like living in big white box. Could do with some colour and little more decoration.

Nice hotel

Lovely stay at Jupiter Lisboa. Very friendly staff that are attentive to your needs. The property itself is nice as well, as it is perfectly situated in the city center. Though not very close to all the touristy spots, it’s very close to the metro station, where tourists spots and shopping areas can easily be easily accessed.

Central to 2 shopping malls and has convenient access to dining and shopping

The hotel staff were excellent. Hotel location was perfect. Would stay there again if we return to Lisbon.

Unfortunately we weren’t able to stay at the Jupiter hotel because of the Portugal power outage and we couldn’t get to the hotel. The terrible rating is based on them refusing to refund our advance payment.

The hotel is not exactly in the center, but in close proximity, short uber ride $5 to main attractions. The rooms are spacious and clean, but very simple, i would say need some decor upgrade Breakfast was ok. Nothing special. Lobby needs to upgrade and change these old coaches. Staff are nice and friendly.

We loved our stay at the Jupiter Hotel. The front desk staff were friendly and so very helpful. Thank you! The room was spacious, clean and had a nice comfortable bed. The breakfast buffet was soooo good. I highly recommend staying at this hotel!

We stayed during the power failure and the hotel and staff were amazing - had back up generator providing basic power, serving cold beer/wine and toasties!!! Lovely hotel, great location.
