Great bed, good breakfast.

Every time we go to London we stay there. It is in close proximity to family and so many other amenities. We love the hotel! Staff is great. Beds are so comfortable. The breakfast that they provide is amazing.

Your breakfast buffet had lots of variety and quality food. Only thing a would say is missing is glassware for enjoying a good beverage.

The staff were great and pleasant to deal with. The room was fine, spacious and comfortable. The floors were "sticky", the fan for the heat/AC unit would not turn off so it felt quite noisy. The lights in the bathroom would turn on and off randomly. You could hear every noise from the outside hall and being beside one of the exits, it felt constant. The price could have been a little less considering but all-in-all a decent place.

Great property. Quiet. Breakfast is good & fresh. I would book there again.

Only a few minjtes to the airport

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room could have been cleaner, the tray that the lotions were on was dirty. The top blanket on the bed was stained. We had 4 people in the room and only 3 towels. The mattress was super comfortable but the hotel is in need of updating, especially new carpeting.
