Plenty of places to eat nearby, and well located. Staff very helpful and friendly. Loved the terrace

The room was very quiet and clean. Bathroom excellent too. Useful to have a fridge and a kettle I paid extra for a terrace with a cathedral view. Worth every cent Breakfast was delicious

The hotel is located on one of the main big boulevards and is central to everything. We walked everywhere. It is clean, well appointed, friendly staff. Would like to specifically commend front desk clerk Manuel who was extremely helpful with directions, suggestions on where to go, and much more.

Great location, most sites walkable within 15 minutes, lots of bars & restaurants within 2-3 (but still quiet). Staff friendly and keen to help, but sometimes slightly not on point (eg waited a bit too long for drinks we ordered, the cap on my shower soap dispenser hadn't been removed causing me to have to do a work around until I could get hold of the cleaner, and of course you only discover these things when actually in the shower!). Staff Probably just stretched as they were friendly and helpful. Rooms a bit small, but hey, this is a very central property and anyway you are out exploring mst of the day. Great bang for the buck when compared to similar properties (maybe they have bigger rooms?). Would definitely stay here again.

I was given the accessible room which was appreciated. The facilities were suitable for a disabled person - large bathroom and shower that were wheelchair accessible, seat in shower, sink that was accessible with wheelchair, rails beside toilet. There was ample room in bedroom to manoeuvre a wheelchair. The lift was adequate size and there is a rear entrance that is wheelchair friendly. The floors really needed a good mop and there was some mould in shower. I thought the breakfast was good but it’s important to know about the “egg” options - no one mentioned it. It’s a good quiet central location.

The hotel is in a strategic place, you can reach all the main attraction by walking and biking. Near the hotel there are the bus stops to go to some of the main beaches. The staff is excellent and always kind and helpful. Great choice!

Great hotel, bus stop for airport bus is pretty much opposite the property. Helpful staff, easy to walk to all the musk main sites

Nice enough hotel but bar disappointing- no ambience. Located in nice neighbourhood but maybe 1/2 kilometre too far from centre. Staff very pleasant and helpful.

Pretty centrally located. Easy to get to and from the airport via a bus that stops directly in front of the hotel. Convenient location and good room.

Lovely stay and the staff were great. The location is bang in the city centre and a decent walk from most restaurants & Bars and even 15 mins by bus to a few beaches. Would stay here again

The property is in a great location lots to walk and see , lots of dining options close by . The room was bright and clean it had everything we needed . The staff were great very helpful and kind. Overall no negatives . Would go back .

Nice hotel in perfect spot. Rooms are clean and comfy bed. Kettle provided but no coffee or tea for them. Shampoo and body wash provided in shower. Stayed here a few times and will return. Excellent Location Thank you

Excellent stay with my husband and another couple. Very well located to lots of the main parts of the city. Staff were ALL extremely friendly and helpful. Only downside for us was that the air conditioning didn’t kick in until May. The temperature when we were there went up to 28 degrees one day, but probably averaged about 23 degrees so the heat in the room at night was uncomfortable for my husband (I sleep through anything!). The room was a great size for a city centre hotel too, and very modern. Other than that, it was a faultless stay!
