Nice place to stay. The breakfast was above average and the evening snacks were just average.

Our experience was wonderful. The staff was very nice, and helpful. The breakfast each morning was delicious. Our only negative comment would be that the mattress was sinking in the middle, and could possibly be replaced.

It would be nice to see healthier breakfast options, where sugar is not in everything.

We were on the third floor. Person above us kept us awake walking the floor continuously. Person next to us was loud and slammed their door every time they went out or came back. Walls were very thin. Ruined what could have been a nice stay.

Definitely I felt like the pictures were somewhat misleading. I don't believe it was worth what I paid. The pool was not in service. There was an odd smell by the elevator almost musty. We had great customer service and the bed was comfortable. Location wasn't convenient, and google maps had a hard time directing me to the location.

This was by far the best place we have stayed. We loved everything there except that breakfast did not begin until 7:30 on Saturday so we missed it.

🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 the room is like a tiny apartment. Loved it! Had everything and the kitchen sink. Breakfast was so delicious. The cooks were on top of the food and cleanliness. They did an amazing job and went above and beyond.

Close to town

Pillows were very uncomfortable and room temperature was varied ALOT ( I don’t think thermostat worked correctly). Besides that it was very nice and comfortable. Staff was very friendly.

Rude lobby/front desk associate. Night of December 30th 2024, Called front desk, politely explained that the ice maker in our suite was not making ice and i asked if there was any other way to get ice. Front desk associate responded in a military style directive "LOBBY, COKE MACHINE" those are the only 3 words she repeatedly spoke no matter what i tried to say, even when i went down to the lobby and tried to inquire where in the lobby the coke machine was located(cause it's a very big lobby with alot going on in there) "LOBBY, COKE MACHINE" was her only response. I just walked around the lobby for atleast 2 minutes until i found the coke machine. I've interracted with bots that are much nicer and more friendly than that. Not acceptable in the hospitality business. We are trying to have a relaxing gateway holiday.

Nice rooms Kitchen was great for Christmas

One night stay, part of a long trip. Shirman, who checked us in was very very nice, ready to help you with anything. We had a dood night rest, bed is comfortable. Breakfast has a lot of options. Staff is pleasant.
