Friendly staff, clean, great location

We visited this location in the summer and found it to be a wonderful spot to stay while mountain biking in the area. The hot-tub and sauna were clean and quiet while we were there. The room was comfortable with a good view of the mountains. The bike room worked well for us. The best part is the hotel is centrally located with all the shops and restaurants of Rossland within a short walk.

All good except the hot tub was broken. We were not offered any compensation for this. We expected it would be as advertised

Aircon cannot adjust and was noisy. Room temperature was too cold.

This is the place to stay in Rossland! Gabriella’s restaurant is excellent

Liked the fact it was walking distance downtown Rossland. Staff was friendly at the counter as well as the cafe. Would stay there again. We were on the 2 nd floor room 235. Found the bathroom a bit small and tight.

Staff were great! But pool out of service. Hotel needs painted, new rugs - very outdated

We've stayed here several times and its always fantastic. Mostly it's the service tha makes the Prestige the best. From the front desk, to both restaurants everyone is super friendly and helpful.
