Great location. Close to most attractions.

The location was nice. The room was a little stale smelling but with the window opened, it aired out nicely. There is an elevator on site but when we got off the elevator we had some stairs to navigate with our luggage.

Great place!

Beautiful apartments! We stayed in the Dvorak suite and it was awesome. The bathroom is huge, as are the bedroom and living space. It’s so close to the Old Town Square and was very convenient. Will definitely stay here again next time.

Excellent location and reasonably well maintained apartment. Discount at closed parkings. Perfect for visiting Prague!

The apartment was really cool! Very spacious and stylishly decorated. The communication was very smooth. I asked for extra bedding for the sofa bed, and when I came back, they not only delivered the bedding but they made the bed. The bathroom needs a little fixing but we enjoyed our stay and felt safe.

The rooms were very clean. Even though the location is excellent since we were next to a very busy road - even with the great windows and sound proofing the room was very noisy. I would also like to suggest that even though this is an apartment it would be nice to have some coffee and water for when guests first arrive - even a like a fake nespresso machine or instant coffee that other venues provide for free and makes such a difference.

It was a very nice and cozy stay, everything was clean, and the fact that they left you a fan is much appreciated, the place has an excellent location, very very close to everything, even the train station if you decide to take the airport express to the train station. My only small concern was when I contacted the property 48 to 36 hours before my arrival to ask if we could make an early check-in and they never answered me back.

We had an excellent trip and loved the apartment though we had an issue with the hot water. It was nice and hot in the morning but cool in the evenings.This was addressed by sending an engineer round who found no fault. However the problem continued and the hot water was only just warm which wasn't good for showering.

Little noises as expected because of the location, walkable to the attractions.

The place was really nice but we did not receive the code. We called the phone of the facility to get the code. Although the property says the parking is available, there’s no parking at the site but parking is available at the nearby mall. This information was misleading in the Expedia site.

Had a wonderful stay- comfortable space- a lot of privacy- great area So central that we did not have to use any transport to see all the major attractions in Old town/ New town as well as the areas around Prague Castle. Excellent choice

Very clean, convenient, and in the heart of Prague.

Overall great experience. Tv didn’t work day 1 and there was an extra tv on the floor in the kitchen area. TV was fixed day 2 which was great, but extra tv stayed on the floor in the unit. Other than that, it was a great stay for sure.

This place was awesome! So close to the Old Plaza and Astronomical Clock! 5 min walk from the Palladium Mall which is very modern and also has a large variety of stores. Every morning we would just wake up and walk out and immediately had a choice of coffee or restaurants to go to. Also the in unit clothes washer came in really handy to wash jeans, sweaters, etc. We used the oven to make pizza one night when we wanted to stay in. The king size bed was excellent! Really happy with the property and communication.

If you are planning to go to Prague this place has the best location

I tried to contact by email on arrival as there was no hot water! We were given 2 towels for a three day stay also tried to contact by phone for fresh towels but no contact on either occasion! Also no iron !

Great apartment for our family, right in old town Prague - loved the record player with classical records

No check-in desk, but the contactless Check-in was pretty easy but unless you have European calling capability the only way to communicate with the desk is by email. A live chat feature or texting feature would be great.
