Great property, in excelent condition. Very friendly staff.

If you value comfort DO NOT stay here. Absolutely sterile. Bed hard as a rock you have to ask for dish or laundry soap. The only good thing is the location. Very walkable to cafes and sites. We were going to leave after 1 night. However Benoit did the best he could to make us more comfortable. He’s the only reason we stayed the 4 nights. Will never return. Reminded me of a college dorm.

Excellent apartment, everything is clean and well taken care of. Excellent communication with us. Competent and friendly staff. Perfect service! We will definitely be back.

Outstanding spot with convenience to entire historical center, direct access to parking garage well designed place. I will stay here next time I'm in Valencia!

Overall nice but the vent in the bedroom had black mould around it. And it was quite noisy from both inside the building and outside

A great place Clean Beautiful and an excellent location in the old city.

Overall a very nice property in a great location. But because there are no carpets or rugs in the units, you can hear every single sound in the unit above you. Spent 2 nights and got very little sleep.

Nice place in nice location

Well I booked the penthouse with a beautiful outdoor space months before our visit, got an email saying they had a flood and that room was not available. They gave us a 2 bedroom with no outdoor space for exactly the same money, definitely not what I paid for. Talked to hotels.com and the manager was not available for 2 days, found that bizarre as we live in an age where people always have phones on them, definitely this was not a priority for this manager. We found another place but by the time we were finally contacted, we gave up so just stayed. Was supposed to get a whopping $85.00 credit still have not seen it. The place was very clean. Will not stay there again due to the poor communication by the manager and no refund.

this hotel in Valencia is amazing!! the room is in excellent condition! close to all important sights! The beds are so comfortable great air conditioning. The restaurant downstairs has yummy food! I would stay here every time I come to Valencia. The manager is extremely accommodating let us early checkin ! A ++++ RATING.

Phenomenal location and the absolute CLEANEST suite we have ever encountered. Comfortable and well-appointed. Walkable to the silk exchange, cathedral, famous central market, great dining, etc. Uber pickup/dropoff spot just steps away. We had a car and parked it in the underground garage. Super easy. Navigating the winding one-way streets was a bit challenging but not impossible. People are happy to help with directions. Loved our stay and can’t wait to come back!

Really enjoyed our stay at Mon Suites. Check in was straightforward and staff super helpful. Apartment lovely and clean and comfy beds. Quiet even with cathedral round corner and a bar/restaurant in the square. Some "internal" noise - i.e. people moving about in corridors but nothing unusual. Great location, in centre of old town and so much around. Great places to eat and a bike rental just round corner. Lovely to get lots of space and a central location! Would definitely stay again and recommend. Saw a few comments about getting lost; once you know where it is, no probs. 5 mins from anywhere old town and WhatsApp ahead of arrival was helpful in directing our taxi from airport. It is in a pedestrian area, but cars can go literally 20 metres away from reception.

We had a wonderful time at the apartment. Lots of room, windows on two sides and well equiped.

Location was great!! Close to all main attractions. Apartment was smaller than it showed in the pictures. And there is no dryer for the clothes.
