I want to give an honest review, hopefully it won't offend you.. based on my experience trying hotels, this time I was a bit disappointed..., the glass in the room below was cracked, there were no tissues, electric kettle, tea, coffee, sugar that are usually in the room, many of the foods were finished and it took a long time to be refilled, I tried soto with kikil but was really surprised that the broth was too salty, the cleanliness of the dining area was also lacking. Other than that, the staff and security guards were very friendly, the location was easy to find. Hopefully it can be an input for the future...

The AC in Room 712 felt hot even though the temperature was set at 16 degrees. The breakfast was delicious & delivered to the room. The room & bathroom were clean. The pool water was a bit dirty. Good enough for a staycation.

Strategic, near the toll road and near the city center.

There was no drain on the toilet floor, so water spilled out of the bathroom. The pillow cases and sheets were dark in color and it looked like they hadn't been changed after someone stayed overnight.

Every time I go to Cikarang, I always stay here. Besides the place is comfortable, the atmosphere is also calm.

There is only one thing missing, the hot water is not enough, the duct is clogged, please fix it, thank you

The facility is good. Location also awesome because it is near to mall and other restaurant.
