Room very hot 24 c in April & only way to cool down is leave windows open over night but street is very noisy & couldn't sleep.

Very nice hotel, pleasant and helpful staff, great restaurant. Breakfast was pricey bit also very good. Best thing was location. A 10-15 minute walk to the beauty of the historic buildings, the zwenger, semperoper etc. We even walked from the train station (about 30 minutes). Highly recommend this hotel.

Hotel was nice, clean and really close to everything.

We were looking for Musemums. Just 300m there Zwinger & Alter Meister Galerie. This Hotel have good location close to Centrum about 15 min walk

The check-in staff was wonderful. I had an issue with the television at first, and staff came and fixed it up for me right away. I also loved its walking proximity to the Semper Opera house.

Perfect distance from old town. Nice stroll in and back. Got City Tour bus ticket from Reception. Breakfast had great choices and all staff very friendly and helpful.

L’hôtel est vraiment bien situé, quartier tranquille près de tout. Chambre récente et lit très confortable. Petit déjeuner complet et très bon. Le seul bémol de cet hôtel c’est qu’il n’y a aucun espace commun pour s’asseoir ou passer du temps à l’extérieur de la chambre. Bar et terrasse ($). Sinin j’aurais mis 5 étoiles!

I'm extremely dissatisfied with the room, it is currently 24 degrees Celsius and we can only open the windows. It is 17 degreea outside and they do not allow the air conditioning on unless it is 18 degress no matter how hot it is in the roo..

Location was good. Restaurant was excellent. Property was a little dated. Not super good but adequate.

Good location, clean, great shower, charge of &17 for parking on the top of the room, lots of noise from the road, could have better insulated windows. Long queue to check in and check out.

Staff very friendly and accommodating for this English speaker. Food was good and it was an easy walk to the old city.
