I was here only for one night, as there was a problem with the booking. Although I had a booking confirmation for five nights, the hotel had no record and no space. I was able to saty one night, and then I moved to another Riad.

Realpy friendly and helpful staff and very close to everything. Try request away from ground floor so the noise of the other guests doesn't wake you.

The service was awesome. They kept our bagages for free a few days while we were traveling in the desert. We sent someone to pick them up and they were extremely cautious about handing them out. They called us, took copies of identification papers before letting the person leave with the baggages. They were very helpful with all kinds of requests we had. The were fabulous.

The riad was very nice. It was in a very convenient area to get to everything, you could get to the Jemaa El-Fnaa in a matter of minutes, to the El Bada and Bahia Palais in around 20 minutes and you could walk to Gueliz in about 25 minutes. It was very quiet in the riad. The hosts were the best part of the stay, they were extremely helpful, especially the night host. We went on a few day trips and the host helped to organise these by contacting the travel companies and even walked us to the pick up point to ensure we went the right way. The only negative of the riad was the WiFi was a bit inconsistent and would go in and out of connection on our phones, but otherwise, it was a great stay in Marrakesh. If I was to go back to Marrakesh, I would strongly consider going back to this riad

Really friendly hotel with helpful and attentive staff. Nice intimate atmosphere and pretty roof terrace. Good Wifi and nice fresh pancakes, fresh orange juice and pastries for breakfast. Good, well laundered bed linen and towels. Plentiful hot shower. Satellite TV in my room had a broad selection of international news channels. Fantastic location for walking around the Medina and the Souk - enjoy a real taste of Morocco. Thanks to staff for helping find my way around!

Yassin and Aachmed were truly awesome and very friendly. Once you learn the navigating ways of the Medina it’s fun and easy. Miss it already

I stayed here with a friend. I'd booked quite a long time ago, knowing we were only staying one night we had knowingly booked one of the more basic riads. It wasn't until I came to write the review that I noticed the riad shows a pool, which the riad we stayed in did not have. I got to photo 70 and hadn't seen our room yet. From reading reviews it appears they have a sister riad and I believe the photos here are that riad - this is very dishonest. Had I looked at this when I was there I'd have been really disappointed and disgruntled. However I didn't and taking the riad on face value, it was basic, clean and nothing extraordinary compared to others I have stayed in. It is reasonably cheap and the location is go, its right on the edge of the souks. We were setting off early the next day and they did an early breakfast for us.

Lovely Riad with an incredibly nice staff. They gave us a lot of useful information and were very helpful with arranging a day excursion as well as airport ride. Hamza and Mohcine and all the other staff speak multiple languages including French and English. We loved it so much we are planning a (much longer) return trip with excursion into the Sahara.

Fantastic location!!! It was tough to find and no vehicle access, but absolute enjoyment once there. Staff are very friendly. Had dinner on the roof the first night we were there. Very nice and relaxing. Dinner was delicious! Room was clean and A/C worked great.

Very nice, comfortable Riad. The best parts were the super helpful and nice hotel staff (which is needed in trying to navigate the medina) and the rooftop.

Location is 3 mins walking from Jamaa el Fna square and busiest Souks around. Yet, amazingly quite and peaceful day and night. Small Riad, not luxurious but nicely decorated, comfortable, clean and warmly hosted by very friendly staff and owners. Brother Riad Croix Berbere de Luxe offers bigger rooms and a more louxorious setting at higher prices for those who expect to spend more time at the hotel which was not my case.
