Friendly staff, early check-in possible and quite close to the center of Malang City.

It was very comfortable to stay overnight at the Helios Malang Hotel.

There is no shampoo provided in the bathroom.

Stayed here yesterday for a short stopover because I had a destination to another place. If it's just for a place to rest and go out more to explore Malang city, the hotel is quite good. Close to the station and the city center.

Great, can come back here again when on holiday to Malang.

Okay if you want to stay overnight while in transit. The atmosphere is also quiet, but a bit lacking in privacy with the door ventilation whose sound can still be heard from inside the room.

It's very pleasant to stay here... the atmosphere is calm and cool, those who exercise now don't need music so they can rest soundly, there are lots of snacks near the hotel. Close to the town square and the station. Lots of online taxis.

Hotel in the center of Malang city, easy access to everywhere. Spacious room size, cold AC. Old hotel so the facilities are just ordinary, poor wifi connection, dirty toilet, musty smelly mat. The good ones are maintained, improved. The bad ones are improved. Hopefully useful, Tks

The hotel staff is friendly, very helpful during check in and check out, the room facilities are good. There is a kettle with hot water, coffee, tea, sugar, milk and cups. Towels are provided complete with toiletries, minus hotel slippers. The room AC is on, the temperature is cold. The TV is on and not broken. The drawbacks: the elevator is under repair so when you get a room on the 3rd floor, it's a shame for those staying with parents and small children. The room cleanliness is lacking, there is hair on the bed and the bathroom smells a bit. Please pay attention in the future

The bathroom smells & the room size is minimalist (no table and chairs) & the AC is noisy.

Location wise it's ok. Room cleanliness may need to be considered again especially the bathroom and bed. There is not enough trash can in the room but also needs 1 in the bathroom. It's really noisy if you can hear it from downstairs until the 2nd floor, even the next room can hear it so it's not soundproof.

The hotel is quite good for the room and staff. It's just noisy with the music from the gym downstairs, quite loud. When in the room, the drinking water still hasn't been replaced with used bottles.
