Problemas con el aire acondicionados del cuarto notificado pero solo que estaba lleno y no cambió de habitación

I have dtsyed at RIG properties before, including this location. This was the wordt hotel experience. Not only is there a huge construction project going on, my room had no towels and no toilet paper. Repeated requests finally solved the problem. The remote for the AC was missing and the room was cold at night but couldn't be turned off without the remote. I won't go back

Good hospitality, friendly staff

We had an ocean view room during our stay which was amazing! The city was beautiful, the staff was attentive and friendly and worked hard to ensure all our needs were met by truly going above and beyond to arrange transportation to the hotel! The room and bathroom were spotless. The only thing I wish they had were small washcloths for your face or body, but that may be an American culture thing. I know they have a few projects in progress for the rooftop lounge/bar area so once those are finished this hotel will be even more of a catch! Thank you to everyone who contributed to our stay! I would highly recommend anyone and everyone to stay here 10/10!!

The hotel is in the center of the zona colonial.everything is walking distance easy to get transportation.

Good location. Multiple power outages. Lobby was undergoing construction. The breakfast was good but there were Cockroaches in the restaurant.

Ya es la segunda ves que nos hospedamos en este hotel, está muy bien ubicado, es tranquilo, el servicio de los muchachos del front desk es excelente! Hay que subir escaleras, normal como la mayoría de hospedajes en Santo Domingo. La piscina y el desayuno muy bueno. Vamos a reservar otra ves pronto!!

When we tried use the bathroom it wasn’t working well, it was so disgusting

This property had not elevator. Fir ne was very difficult because I have to up 3 floor and I am atsmatic

No parking

The room where dirty and appears to Have What seem like mole on the wall, at nights the lights would go out , I tried to Get some Sleep on my 1st day, there Were men drilling in the wallls made It impossible to sleep very uncomfortable and worst hotel I have ever been to

The hotel is in zona colonial & is A very nice boutique hotel indeed close to all tourist attractions. The main issue was the wifi as it was completely disastrous given it was disconnecting constantly and for someone like my self who works remote , it was far from ideal. Also very strange that they had a good breakfast included but no water was provided free which needs to be rectified as it seemed very silly. If they rectify these issues mainly with internet and breakfast it can be quite a nice stay indeed . The staff were very friendly but couldn’t assist with the internet issues & u can explicit lot of traffic noise given it’s on a Main Street

el Staff siempre es bueno .. solo q no le brindan ustedes mismos las herramientas suficientes para ellos dar un mejor servicio .. como algo tan sencillo como Toallas .. se supone q en un Hotel hayan Toallas 24/7 .. y que tengan demás para cualquier momento o emergencia .. no solo 1una y tener q esperar a q se la laven .. eso es un cero 0 de diez 10 en cualquier sitio o hotel .. y es la primera vez q me pasa con ustedes .. pero no es tolerable .. yo soy huesped de ustedes de hacen muchos años .. pero en esté ultimo viaje me dío mucha lastima escuchar y pasar por estó .. deben de mejorar en esa area .. de lo demás el Staff siempre es bueno y humilde .. trabajan con lo q tienen y eso se entiende ..

Everything is so close

Quite a convenient stay. Ideal if you plan on doing many activities in la zona colonial. I think it’s definitely worth it for shorter stays. It was very affordable for the one night I was there for.
