Staff was great. The bed was hard and I prefer firm beds. If you have any shoulder issues and you are a dude sleeper it may be a little uncomfortable. But overall hotel is nice.

Was remodeled last year during our stay. They need to finish the job. Room could use a bench or something to put luggage on. Also front desk personnel needs to know the property to answer simple questions about room location. A simple floor plan map would be helpful. Good location. Wish the hotel was as good.

A confortable place

One staff member was trying to fix a guest tv and left front desk unmanned for 45 plus minutes. Unacceptable. We should have been given a refund for wasting our time. Absolutely horrendous customer service.

Convenient close to the college, multiple choices for food.

I had to change rooms 3 times. First room had an issue with the shower. The faucet would turn itself making it more than tolerably hot. The second room smelled like mildew and the final room that i did stay in was ground level facing the loop. Constant cars and motorcycles going by. Ive had good experiences in this specific hotel in the oast and I'm hoping last night was simply a fluke.

The receptionists BOTH HAD A GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. AND THE BREAKFAST LADIE VERY NICE. BREAKFAST WAS ON POINT
