Property was great it gets a bit confusing walking the property at first; but after you figure it out you start realize the gem of the property. The staff was great in every area!

They are very kind and responsible people working, which makes it an even better place to be. The waterpark is a good size too!

It’s old but well maintained

Definitely need more available parking, especially for families staying 2 or more nights. The wave pool was nice, the lazy river needs more speed. Also while we were getting breakfast before we checked out, the maids came in our room and started to clean threw out pur hotel keys which we fished out of the trash.

Great experience! First time staying and I was pleasantly surprised at how much there was to do for children. The options for food was impressive. Definitely plan to visit again!

New water park did not meet expectations. Originally booked room for 2 nights to take two-year-old granddaughter. Unfortunately, there's nothing for a two-year-old to do Due to adults not allowed to take children down slides and her being too short to use any slides on her own. Personally was hoping for a splash pad for toddlers or an area for smaller children, very disappointing for the price we paid.

Parking is pretty terrible, but there is so much to do there

I paid almost $800 to stay here, I heard si many complaints about being that expensive and not even have breakfast included, for the Sunday buffet, I called 2 days ago to check if we have to make a reservation and they said no, when the time came, we went to try to eat and they said we need a reservation, poor communication, super expensive to not even have breakfast included, bedrooms nothing of other world, but I would suggest to take the pictures that are in the walls, so scary to have pictures of people that passed away already, again just a suggestion

Very nice atmosphere

The Bavarian Inn in Frankenmuth is a great family friendly hotel to stay in. There are many dining options on site. There are several pools and hot tubs. The new water park is open. Mini golf, laser tag, and a ropes course all right in the property! For all the Polemon GO players, there are at least five Poke stops right in the hotel. Many many more pokestops in walking distance. I could spin stops with out leaving my room :-)

The gentleman as i was waiting for my food kept telling me my order wasn't ready till i asked a different staff member he kindly brought me my order that has been ready and extremely cold then a huge accident happened. The storm affected the kitchen inside water starting coming in through the ceiling really bad and through the kitchen walls
