Parking and acces was great, however...ac "minisplit" kept goging off...second everning and night it gived up on us, it was a 105-110f temp outside , this was horrible....i reported , they said they will go and check it out during the day (today)....please adjust total charges...i went to buy a fan to get the air going

The hotel need to improve in heaters

This is conveniently located property just off Rt15 on the way to San Carlos, Guaymas and points south. Checkin was quick and I didn’t have to fill out one of those stupid info cards. They even escorted me to my room and showed me where to park. The hotel has full time Security and a gate - unlike the hotel in Prince George BC where they didn’t have any security and didn’t even tell me how bad the area was and thieves stole numerous items off my RV. There is a shopping mall next door and there are several restaurants nearby.

They didnt respect my booking

It was the worst room I stayed at in the hotel. I paid for an executive room and it was just a regular room. The door was old and broken and made horrible noise every time you open it. They have nice newer rooms they never use. They only use the old rundown rooms that need a total renovation or at least new doors, paint and beds i will probably never stay there again. The only good thing is the pool. But I guess you pay for what you get.

The tv signal keep going out so you couldn't watch a show or movie without going out for most of the time. I also had two guest to visit with me and my friend in Hermosillo for the afternoon and nothing was mentioned on paying extra for them to hang out at the pool with us. The hotel maintenance person was the one who made the issue and then demanded that I go to the front desk. The front desk clerk told me they cannot swim unless I pay (this was not mentioned at the time of check in nor in any documents that was presented to me) I was told it would be 130 pesos for one and additional 70 pesos for the second person. When I went to get my credit card to pay, the front desk clerk change the amount to be 170 pesos per person. I had to pay 340 pesos since I did not want to embarrass my friends. Mind you I booked the room for 10 days, could have given an exception especially when there were large crowds at the pool on the weekends partying all night and I am sure they were not all staying at the hotel.

The room needs major update. Bathroom door did not close properly. The inroom safe didn't work. Used lotion was left with new amenities and some amenities were never replace for my 7 day stay.
