All good, clean, safe and well placed for getting around the city

This is a great value hotel in a brilliant location - there is a hop on / off bus stop around the corner, but to be honest, I walked everywhere easily. Don't worry about the slightly unprepossessing court and stair (there is a lift if you need). The hotel is clean and comfortable. Breakfast had a wide variety of choices. And the value was superb.

Hotel is in a very good central location. Clean and comfortable. Breakfast OK but get there early as it is put out early and left out so by 9 am everything is a bit dry. Staff at breakfast didn't speak - other than to say "no" when we asked if they had any English breakfast t-bags.

The hotel is ideally located in the centre of Budapest, with all the major attractions within walking distance. Also perfectly located for Christmas markets, right on the doorstep. Staff was very polite and the room was spacious and very clean, with a great view on the Budapest Eye. The bathroom was clean with a great shower and breakfast was also decent quality. Only one small but key problem: the bed was incredibly noisy, very creaky... it is enough to just slightly move to make noise... I had to sleep with earplugs to avoid the noise... Happy to give 5 stars when they change the double bed :-)

Hotel was very central to everything. Friendly staff and rooms were warm and clean. Only fault was that I would have liked somewhere to make a cup of tea in the evening.

This is a small, local hotel. It was very clean and everyone was very helpful. Located not far from the Budapest Eye you will be close to all of the beautiful buildings. The hotel offers breakfast and I found the food to be quite good and varied.

Very clean and comfortable hotel - lovely buffet breakfast and also very quiet at night - no complaints whatever the girl at reception was even very helpful assisting me getting to the airport when I had difficulty in being let down by my transfer car company!!

We had a great corner room with a wonderful view of the Budapest Eye. Great central location. Lots of shopping and restaurants near by. Center of town location.

It's more like a motel with very small rooms and very basic facilities !! However the location is very good and 2-5 minute walk from chains bridge, Stephan's basicila.

Location of the hotel is great but that’s where it ends. Entrance is scary especially since we got there at 11 pm. The main doors open to an atrium that had several young men sitting around smoking and drinking. Looks like the hotel was originally a hostel since rooms are large and the dining room is across at the other end. And there is no safe. Overall it was disappointing and I would not stay here again due to safety concerns.

Great location. Large room with high ceiling, very nice and comfortable. Very good breakfast. Definitely will revisit the hotel again.

Great location in the heart of the city. There is only 3 min walk to bus 100E which goes directly to the airport. Friendly staff. Breakfast was modest but sufficient. Room was tidy but the walls like paper. You can easily hear all sounds from the next room. However, I could stay there again next time.

Don't let the entrance put you off, arrives at the hotel, pressed the intercom to be let in, were buzzed through the door and the entrance was dark and not the best - the hotel is located on the 1st floor and the reception and rooms are lovely, clean and spacious, the only thing they lack are coffee making facilities and maybe a fridge. The breakfast isn't amazing the room and choice is small but, it's adequate to set you up for the day. The location of the hotel is oerfect for all the attractions, sightsand shopping and the price is good too. Would definitely go back and recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Budapest.
