It was 2 Roaches in the room 1 ran to the tub the other one ran towards the toilet I chose to sleep in my car

I was traveling with my service animal and I provided proof that he was fully licensed and registered as a service dog and they said it didn’t matter I still had to pay the pet fees 👎👎👎👎

I was in town for 10 days and needed a reasonably priced room work from during the day. Guests in room next to mine played music until 1 am on Sundays. You could smell the stale beer from the hallway the next morning. Police were at the hotel at least twice for noise. Speaking of noise, you can hear the traffic from the interstate all night. This is awesome for those that like white noise while trying to sleep. I asked for a room on the other side of the hotel, but could not be accommodated. I booked a single room, but my room was given out before I checked in. I did get a larger room with 2 beds. I only have one body so did not need the extra bed. I asked to switch rooms to the type I booked, but again could not be accommodated. I was there for 10 days and received no service to room. When I asked housekeeping for fresh towels after 3 days, I was told this is not allowed. You can get clean towels from the front desk, but expect nothing from housekeeping. Not a terrible place to stay, hotel is kept reasonable clean.

I didn’t have very much ice in the freezer because the trays weren’t filled up all the way. The bed was ok as far as sleep but it had a lot of squeakys when I would turn over. Staff was friendly and the room was farely clean. The little light over the stove burnt out when I turned it on.

The staff is very, very nice. It was awesome talking to them. Honestly they were so friendly. The room was actually really clean and actually the whole hotel was like I didn’t really see anything that was dirty like I do other hotels.
