It is a nice stay. As for reference to others, if you have additional family members apart from what stated on the booking platform, there is additional charges rm60 per head. And don't forget to take pictures from level 13 at night. Its worth it🌿

My experience, the staff from the moment I reached the security, to the parking, the check in counter at lobby, the buggy driver, the coffee house (waiter, host, everybody there), the check out counter, and the people at the door, they all are very friendly, helpful and nice. Services are fast. Efficient. Surrounding of hotel is comforting for me. I brought my mum who is on wheelchair. The drivers helped me to handle her going up and down the buggy. Relieved me a lot. Thank you very much. Love the spacious room. Love the swimming pool in the room especially. Nice.:)

We stayed at Skyvilla with Private Pool. The room is very spacious with complete amenities. The food was good and so many options. Love the place very much.

Room is spacious and clean. In house food not so fantastic. Tried the Japanese restaurant, also not as what I expected. Location is good to relax in quite environment. Kid enjoyed because always taking the buggy to go in and out the room. The facilities like the children playground inside the hotel is need to pay, which is I quite surprise. My son played alone, the other family with more than 1 kid changed their mind because they reluctant to pay. I stayed in different 5 star hotels and this is first time for me to pay the facilities inside the hotel. All others hotel let the kids play inside the hotel playground for free. We didn't explore the outdoor water activities, the outdoor activities are need to pay but its normal. We were too tired to explore as only stay for 1 night and we reach the hotel quite late.

Really enjoyed my holiday here with my family. Luckily we stayed in the tower block cause we could get more privacy when swim in the pool. The breakfast also very good with various choices for breakfast. Got some problem with the pool that night, but they sent the technician really fast to solve. Just hope the management will put some fragrance in room cause the smell was not good when we entered. Overall, it is a recommended place to enjoy your holiday.🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

We got very satisfying service. When I was about to check out, my 84 year old Mama-in-law fell in the room, the doctor and the team from the hotel came to check on her and patiently carried her from her fallen position to the car. The team also helped us check out easily to speed up and make it easier for us to take Mama to the hospital in KL. The rooms provided are very clean and nice with a direct view facing the sea. Large, spacious room. With a simple spacious pool. The kids had so much fun. But the room was a bit less clean, there were ants. Breakfast is ok, there is variety..there is a time slot to book. The beach is close, next to je. Take a buggy from the room to the main front, and you can walk directly to the beach. Many activities. Anyway, because of the pool in the room, the kids bathed until satisfied. Satisfied hatila

It's a great location for staycation. We booked the room one month prior during the state across ban (rate was cheaper than current rate) and we checked in within the first week of the across state ban lifted. It's crowded and worry some when we arrived at the lobby, fortunately the hotel staffs already there to assist us to comply with the SOP. The breakfast is delicious. The room is spacious for more than 4 people. The beds is comfortable. The Sky Pool room provided more privacy compared to Executive and Panorama rooms as we all can watch all hibiscus rooms from tower block.

Beautiful places. If wanna view the sea, choose Panorama. The hotel very clean. We are happy. Next time wanna go again. 😍

I was in the room always problem with electrical. Can’t use fon to call buggy car it’s was difficult to lobby.

There was a long queue waiting to check in at 3.30pm. The whole process of filling the form, queuing and getting to check in took about almost an hour. The room that I was given the chain lock was not in the correct position therefore it was unable to be used. The corners of the room was dusty. I can see dust hanging on top at the sides while I was lying down on the bed. I was pretty disappointed, wasn't in the mood to take any photos. I regret not taking any pictures of the condition of the room. Should have taken them and share it. I was looking forward to a luxurious stay but it didn't turn out that great after all. If you are travelling with young kids, the kids will definitely enjoy the private pool facility.
