Dirty hotel ,cold water curtain shower so dirty only the food was good

There was no stay. It was a rip off. I paid for a closed place. They opened it just for us, my wife and I in the woods. The two of us in the muddle of nowhere. I am still waiting for my refund. Hotels.com took my money and gave me nothing. I cannot comment on comfort and condition of the room, because I was not in a room. I made a four hour drive on a trip to loneliness. Thank you
