Great service

Amazing boutique hotel located in the heart of the old town, but on a quiet street. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious.

A beautiful boutique hotel, perfectly located for exploring Chania and close to the harbour. We stayed in a standard room (no 1) which was very clean and comfortable but not spacious. The a la carte breakfast was fantastic - the best hotel breakfast ever!

Our host was awesome. We were arriving much later than planne and then had trouble parking late at night. The host came out to find us to bring our luggage and show us where to find them!! Exceptional.

Beautiful hotel on the pedestrianised area of Chania in a very central location just behind the waterfront - convenient for a multitude of restaurants and bars - with very knowledgeable and extremely helpful staff

Great room, service, and location!

Serenissima is situated in the heart of the old town. There is no car traffic in the area, so the hotel staff has to meet your taxi at a prearranged spot and lead you to the hotel. The hotel is an old Venetian/Ottoman house that has been nicely converted. The room we had was large, clean and nice. The staff is always helpful and the breakfast is good. The one criticism is that there is no handrail along the top flight of steps going to the top floor. I'd strongly recommend asking the hotel staff to help you with your luggage.

A quiet charming hotel close to the more chaotic harbour area. Spacious rooms, nice service.

We loved this hotel. Breakfast in the morning was a plus too! The staff was so nice and welcoming and the room was absolutely perfect. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay at the Serenissima Boutique Hotel. The staff was very kind and the rooms were clean and comfortable. The location of the hotel was perfect for walking to many close restaurants and shopping. The only negative would be if you have a rental car, there is no parking at the hotel (you have to walk to it) and it’s very difficult to find parking near by. Overall, we would definitely stay again!

This property is a hidden gem! It’s absolutely gorgeous and everyone is so welcoming and nice. We took the ferry over from Athens and we weren’t sure about transportation so the hotel booked it for us, we just paid the driver. The breakfast is absolutely delicious and you order from the menu. Everyone that works here goes above and beyond. We would give this place 10 ⭐️ if that option was available 🤩

Stayed at Serenissima Hotel for three nights. What a great Hotel, old world charm with all the modern amenities you would expect in a luxury boutique Hotel. Staff were excellent in every interaction. Breakfast in the courtyard each morning was delicious and coffee on the terrace each morning was fantastic. Highly recommend the terrace suites. Great location in Old Town, walkable to everyone. Would love to come back and visit again.

This is a lovely small hotel right in the middle of the old city of Chania. We loved everything about our rooms and the property. Breakfasts are delicious and made to order and the staff are incredibly friendly and warm. Definitely would stay here again.

Wonderful small hotel with 7 rooms. It is a few steps from the old town and beach but quiet and secluded. Our room (#5) was spacious and comfortable with a great shower. Breakfast was delicious and innovative. Staff was very helpful.

Staff was excellent. In particular, we had an issue around securing a taxi for an early morning ride to the airport. As we were running out of time, staff came in for the morning shift, and immediately went to work contacting a taxi. Literally within minutes, she had contacted an available taxi within a two minute walk from our hotel, and actually walked us to the taxi to assure that it wasn't snatched up by someone else. Breakfast was cooked to order--very nice. Only downside was getting to the hotel from the airport. Hotel is located in a no-drive area of old town. The taxi driver stopped at the top of a hill and pointed down to old town to identify our hotel's location. It took us a while to find it--struggling with luggage on crowded cobblestone streets, but eventually came across it. High marks, a wonderful stay.

Barbara and her colleagues are super friendly and helpful! The location of the hotel could be a maze for first time visitor, but once you figuring out, it’s so convenient ~~only steps to the water front, and quite many great restaurants nearby! Also easy to access bus station (only several blocks I think)

The staff here are amazing, they went out of their way to make our stay great. The location is really perfect and it is beautiful inside - the automatic blinds were very cool. I would argue however that this is not really a 5 star hotel. The desk is not 24 hours, there is no room service, and there is not an on-site restaurant anymore. I think these services are required to consider the hotel 5-stars. I also paid €60 euros for a small bag of laundry which I think is OUTRAGEOUS, I still regret doing it. The staff is the main reason I rate this so highly, the cleaners and front desk staff were all so kind and helpful - for them alone I would suggest it.

I just had one night in this hotel but it was really nice. Location is great, just one row back from the busy port. Room was lovely and very well equipped. Excellent value for money too.
